While a student at NCAD I was taught pottery by Peter Brennan.  Subsequently I studied with Dan Arbeid which ignited in me an awareness of the scope for creative expression in hand building and varied methods of firing.  I am fascinated by connections between belief systems and image making.  The material and the esoteric, by historicity, ancestry, old carvings, manuscripts and iconography.
